Congratulations — you’re in the process of becoming an seoClarity client.
We are so excited that you’ve chosen an AI-driven enterprise platform designed to scale SEO and AEO visibility, trusted by over 3,500 brands.
From day one, our goal is to act as a true partner in driving measurable SEO success.
Editor’s Note: This post is regularly updated to reflect seoClarity’s current onboarding process.
No matter the size of your deal, configuration, or platform setup, every seoClarity client is assigned:
A Technical Account Manager (TAM)
This is standard for every client. Your CSM and TAM jointly own your onboarding experience, ensuring:
Your domains and data are configured correctly
Your platform access is set up smoothly
Your team knows what to do next and who to contact
By now, you’ve met your Client Success Manager, your main point of contact in your seoClarity relationship, who is equipped to address all of your questions about driving consistent SEO success at your business.
These teams work closely together to do the heavy lifting, making your part in the onboarding process a breeze.
This means that while there are a few simple things for us to take care of before we get started, it’s our intention to have you and your team up and running in the platform in as little as 48 hours—provided you share a few basics with us first.
Once your contract is finalized, your onboarding officially begins with a welcome email sent by your assigned CSM and TAM.
This email:
Your CSM and TAM remain your main contacts throughout onboarding and beyond.
Working together, you can access the platform in as little as two business days. At a minimum, we need:
Once this information is configured, you’ll receive platform access — even before historical data fully populates.
This means you can log in immediately to:
Of course, the more information we receive from you at the start, the more we are able to configure.
Domain provisioning is the process of setting up your domain inside the seoClarity platform so it can be managed, tracked, and analyzed by your team.
Think of it as activating your environment — once provisioning begins, your data pipeline and reporting structure are put in place.
To provision a domain, we ask for the following required information:
Domain name
Country for ranking data
Domain protocol (HTTP or HTTPS)
Preferred search engine
Account administrator contact information
Beyond the basics, your CSM may also request:
Weekly reporting start date
Analytics integration preferences
Primary competitors for benchmarking
The more information you provide upfront, the more precisely we can configure your account — but none of this delays initial access.
Clients can add Managed Users during onboarding or at any time afterward.
With single sign-on options through providers like Microsoft and Google, access can be managed securely and at scale.
You can:
Add unlimited users
Assign role-based permissions
Control access by team or function
Your CSM can help adjust access as your team or needs evolve.

For each domain, we ask for an initial list of keywords you want tracked.
If you’re unsure where to start, your CSM will help you build a keyword portfolio based on:
Benchmarking needs
Optimization priorities
Competitive visibility goals
You can also:
Assign preferred landing pages
Apply tag groupings
Upload brand-specific keyword sets
Bulk uploads can be handled by your CSM if needed.
Your CSM and TAM remain your core owners throughout onboarding.
As needed, they will bring in seoClarity specialists to support specific aspects of your setup, including:
For complex or large-scale implementations, Data Services specialists assist with:
Large or multi-domain configurations
Custom keyword or page structures
Historical data alignment
Advanced platform configuration
Value Enablement specialists focus on adoption and impact, supporting:
Platform training sessions
Workflow design
Reporting alignment for stakeholders
Long-term usage and value realization
You don’t need to coordinate this yourself! Your CSM brings in specialists at the right time, for the right purpose, or upon your request.
We are equipped to support a variety of brand types, whether you have a few domains or hundreds of domains to provision.
“But, Ryan - can I use the platform while my domain is being provisioned?”
Yes, and we encourage it!
As soon as your core information is configured, you can begin using the platform while additional data and configurations are finalized.
Your CSM and TAM work together to ensure:
If your needs evolve, our team, as an extension of yours, evolves with you.
