Comparing enterprise AI visibility platforms is difficult because vendors measure and price similar capabilities in different ways. One platform may charge by prompts, another by credits or checks, while engine access, tracking frequency and enterprise controls can change by plan. This guide applies a consistent evaluation framework to eight platforms so enterprise teams can build a shortlist around their actual requirements.
The comparison applies eleven criteria, from engine coverage, prompt methodology and measurement to page-discovery support, enterprise controls, security, pricing, training and support, and customer-review evidence. It compares what vendors publicly document, identifies conflicting or unclear statements, and distinguishes vendor-reported capabilities from information we could not confirm. It also identifies questions buyers should resolve during a demonstration. It does not name an overall winner. Instead, each profile identifies situations where the platform’s publicly documented capabilities may be relevant.
Editorial disclosure: seoClarity offers ArcAI, which competes with the other platforms in this comparison. We did not test any of these platforms directly for this article. This analysis is based on publicly available information, primarily each vendor’s website and documentation, reviewed on September 24–28, 2026. Product details and pricing change often, so verify your requirements directly with each vendor.
Each platform was assessed against the same eleven criteria, using only public sources such as product pages, documentation, pricing pages, security pages, release notes and G2.
Vendors are listed alphabetically. Review evidence comes from each vendor’s G2 listing, checked on September 28, 2026. G2 didn’t display a full company-size breakdown for most listings, so we report company size only where the full sample could be counted. When we describe a capability, we attribute it to the vendor (“Profound says…”) unless it’s plainly documented. When we couldn’t find something, we say so. A gap in public materials doesn’t mean a product lacks the capability.
A quick note on inclusion. Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) describe the work of improving how brands appear in AI-generated answers. Both build on traditional SEO rather than replacing it, which is why several of these platforms sit inside broader SEO suites.
The table summarizes what each vendor publicly documents for engine coverage, measurement, page discovery, training and customer success. Pricing, security, SSO and API details are in each platform profile.
| Platform | Engines documented | Share of voice | Brand fact-checking | Page discovery or submission support | AEO training or certification | Customer success (public) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ahrefs Brand Radar | 7 on the product page; help center says Grok isn’t gathering new data | Yes; two definitions on its own pages | Not confirmed | IndexNow submission to named search engines (Bing); AI crawler monitoring | Free AEO course with exam certificate | 24/7 chat on all plans; account manager on Enterprise |
| Botify | 3–5, varies by page | Yes | Not confirmed | Vendor states submission to “search and AI engines” (SmartIndex); serves content to visiting bots | Certifications for Botify customers | SEO Success Manager named; plan scope not stated |
| BrightEdge | 3 named on the AI Catalyst page | Citation comparison with competitors (blog) | Not confirmed | Serves content when AI agents visit (Agent Edge); submission not confirmed | Free for customers, with certificate | Onboarding; 60+ member customer success team |
| Conductor | 9 in docs; fewer on marketing pages | Mention and citation share of voice | Not confirmed | IndexNow submission to named search engines (Bing, Yandex); AI crawler monitoring | Free AEO Academy guides; no certificate stated | Dedicated customer success managers; 1:1 training |
| Peec AI | Choose 3 on self-serve (pages differ); all on Enterprise | Yes | Yes (Brand Perception; coverage varies by plan) | AI crawler monitoring only; submission not confirmed | Not confirmed | Chat or email on self-serve; dedicated on Enterprise |
| Profound | 9 on Enterprise (pages differ) | Yes | Yes (FactCheck, against a knowledge base) | Vendor states submission to AI crawlers (engines not named); AI crawler monitoring | Profound University AEO certifications | Dedicated support on Enterprise, with SLA option |
| Scrunch | 4–9 by plan (pages differ) | Citation share of voice | Yes (Fact Check Agent) | Serves content when AI agents visit (AXP); submission not confirmed | Not confirmed | Customer Success on all plans; more on Enterprise |
| seoClarity ArcAI | 10 on every plan | Mention and citation share of voice | Yes (ArcAI Accuracy add-on; built from your site) | Vendor states submission to AI engines (ArcAI Indexer, new pages on a verified domain); AI crawler monitoring | Free Enterprise AEO Certification Course | Client Success team included |
“Not confirmed” means we couldn’t confirm the item in the public materials reviewed; it doesn’t mean the capability is unavailable. In the page-discovery column, “vendor states submission” means the vendor describes submitting pages to AI engines or crawlers; IndexNow entries name the search engines the vendor lists; “serves content” means the platform delivers content when AI agents visit, which is different from submission.
What it is. Brand Radar is Ahrefs’ AI visibility product. It combines a large pre-built index of prompts with custom prompts you track yourself.
Engines and prompt data. The product page lists AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and Claude. Ahrefs’ help center says the index is built from People Also Ask questions in its keyword database, and that Grok is currently unable to gather new data. An “Impressions” metric sums the search volume of prompts where your brand appears. Custom prompts refresh daily, weekly or monthly.
Metrics and actions. Ahrefs defines mentions, citations, impressions and AI share of voice, though its product page and help center define share of voice differently. Bot Analytics, which requires Cloudflare, tracks AI crawler visits, and Site Audit can notify search engines of changes through IndexNow. We couldn’t confirm sentiment analysis or brand fact-checking in the public materials reviewed.
Enterprise controls and security. The pricing page puts SSO, access management and audit logs on the Enterprise plan. API and MCP access start at the Lite plan. Ahrefs’ FAQ says SOC 2 certification “is in progress but not yet complete.”
Pricing. Brand Radar AI is listed “from $199/mo” in USD. Custom prompt packages are priced by “checks,” where one check is one prompt on one platform in one location.
What reviewers say. Ahrefs on G2: 4.5 out of 5 from 715 reviews (checked September 28, 2026). The listing covers the broader Ahrefs platform, not Brand Radar specifically. Recurring positive themes include keyword research and ease of use; recurring criticisms include cost and the accuracy of PPC data.
Potential fit. Existing Ahrefs customers that want to explore category and competitor visibility using a pre-built prompt index.
Confirm in a demo. The current engine list, including Grok, and whether pricing is per engine or bundled.
What it is. Botify describes itself as an “AI search optimization platform.” Its AI Visibility product sits alongside tools for technical SEO and for delivering content to AI bots.
Engines and prompt data. The product page lists ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Gemini and AI Overviews. Botify’s FAQ names only the first three. Prompts are generated automatically from your top Google Search Console keywords and People Also Ask questions. Data updates weekly.
Metrics and actions. Botify lists share of voice, citations and rankings, mention and citation counts, and LLM-based sentiment. PageWorkers and SpeedWorkers can apply changes for AI bots and serve them rendered versions of pages. SmartIndex can notify search and AI engines of page changes through IndexNow.
Enterprise controls and security. SAML SSO is included in Enterprise plans. Botify documents REST and export APIs, plus BigQuery, Snowflake, Tableau and Looker Studio connectors, although its AI Visibility FAQ says API access for AI Visibility “is not currently planned.” Its MCP server is in early access. The most recent public security statement we found is a 2021 announcement of SOC 2 Type 1. We couldn’t confirm its current status.
Pricing. Not published. Botify says AI Visibility is available as an option on all its plans.
What reviewers say. Botify on G2: 4.4 out of 5 from 80 reviews (checked September 28, 2026). The listing covers the broader Botify platform. Recurring positive themes include ease of use and integrations; recurring criticisms include the learning curve and pricing.
Potential fit. Large e-commerce and technical SEO teams evaluating AI bot log analysis and bot-facing content delivery alongside AI visibility tracking.
Confirm in a demo. The current list of engines available, AI Visibility data access, and the latest SOC 2 report.
What it is. BrightEdge delivers AI visibility through AI Catalyst, which it says is “included in all BrightEdge SEO Platform subscriptions.” BrightEdge says its Agent Edge product, launched in August 2026, serves agent-ready content to AI agents and monitors their visits.
Engines and prompt data. The AI Catalyst page names Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity. BrightEdge’s launch materials mention Gemini, Claude, Copilot and DeepSeek in traffic statistics, but we couldn’t confirm that they’re tracked. BrightEdge says its prompt suggestions draw on your site content, search behavior and historical queries.
Metrics and actions. BrightEdge lists brand visibility and sentiment, and describes monitoring how a brand is represented and cited. A BrightEdge blog describes comparing citations with competitors. We couldn’t confirm brand fact-checking in the public materials reviewed.
Enterprise controls and security. Its trust page lists SAML/SSO. The page references ISO/IEC 42001, ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 27701, and describes a SOC 2 examination without stating the report type. Confirm the certification scope directly in your evaluation.
Pricing. No public pricing.
What reviewers say. BrightEdge on G2: 4.4 out of 5 from 877 reviews (checked September 28, 2026). The listing covers the broader BrightEdge platform. Recurring positive themes include its recommendations and insights; recurring criticisms include the learning curve and slow loading.
Potential fit. Existing BrightEdge customers that want AI visibility reporting inside their current SEO platform subscription.
Confirm in a demo. Which engines are tracked today, including Google AI Mode.
What it is. Conductor tracks AI search performance within a platform that also covers content creation and technical monitoring.
Engines and prompt data. Conductor’s documentation lists nine engine options, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Mode, AI Overviews, Grok, Copilot and Perplexity. Its marketing page lists fewer. Conductor says it generates prompts from keyword data and buyer personas, and its docs add domain and content analysis. It states that reliable search volume data for AI prompts isn’t currently available. Tracking can run daily, weekly or monthly.
Metrics and actions. Mention-based and citation-based share of voice, citations and sentiment, plus content tools and workflow integrations such as Jira, Trello and Asana. It reports on AI search traffic and monitors AI crawlers through log files, and it can submit page changes through IndexNow. Conductor describes its data collection as API-first. We couldn’t confirm brand fact-checking in the public materials reviewed.
Enterprise controls and security. SAML SSO, a Data API, an MCP server and a Looker Studio connector are all documented. Its security page lists SOC 2 Type II and ISO 42001 documents, available on request.
Pricing. Plans are Essentials, Growth and Enterprise, with no public prices. AI Search credits start at 2,500 a year on Growth. Credits per response vary by engine, and Conductor says daily tracking substantially increases credit use.
What reviewers say. Conductor on G2: 4.5 out of 5 from 809 reviews (checked September 28, 2026). The listing covers the broader Conductor platform. Recurring positive themes include ease of use and the interface; recurring criticisms include the learning curve and missing features.
Potential fit. Enterprises evaluating AI visibility, content and crawler monitoring in one platform, with API and MCP access for their own reporting.
Confirm in a demo. Which engines each plan includes, and how many credits your prompt set will use.
What it is. Peec AI offers self-serve AI search analytics for marketing teams and agencies. It publishes its prices.
Engines and prompt data. The pricing page says self-serve plans let you choose three models, while Enterprise includes all models. Peec’s AI Instructions page describes six base engines on all brand plans, with others as paid add-ons, so confirm what your plan includes. Tracking runs daily. Peec’s prompt volume is a relative 1–5 score that it says combines search trends, AI conversation data and industry signals.
Metrics and actions. Peec says it reports visibility, position, sentiment, share of voice and citations. Its Brand Perception feature includes fact-checking of AI claims against facts a company registers in Peec, with coverage that scales by plan. Peec says its Actions feature ranks owned and earned opportunities, and it introduced GA4-based AI referral reporting in September 2026. Its Agent Analytics logs AI bot visits.
Enterprise controls and security. API access and SSO sit on Enterprise, and every plan includes unlimited seats. Peec’s April 2026 announcement says MCP is on all paid plans, while the pricing page lists it under Enterprise. In July 2026, Peec’s AI Instructions page described its status as “Pursuing SOC 2 (not yet certified).”
Pricing. Starter starts at $95 per month on monthly billing, or $80 per month on annual billing (USD, checked September 24, 2026). Pro is $245 per month and Advanced $495 per month on monthly billing. Enterprise is custom.
What reviewers say. Peec AI on G2: 4.7 out of 5 from 21 reviews (checked September 28, 2026). The listing covers Peec’s AI visibility product. Thirteen reviewers listed companies with 50 or fewer employees and one listed more than 1,000, so the positive rating says more about smaller teams than enterprise deployments. Reviewers mention a clean interface and fast setup, as well as overlapping suggested prompts and limited model coverage on lower tiers.
Potential fit. Teams and agencies evaluating self-serve monitoring across several brands or clients, with published entry prices.
Confirm in a demo. Models per plan, MCP and API eligibility, and current SOC 2 status.
What it is. Profound describes itself as an AI marketing platform. It combines visibility tracking with agents that create and publish content.
Engines and prompt data. The pricing page lists nine engines on Enterprise, including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Copilot, DeepSeek, Claude, AI Overviews and Exa. Its Answer Engine Insights page lists a different set that adds Grok. Tracked prompts run daily. Profound’s Prompt Volumes product licenses conversations from opt-in consumer panels, according to the company.
Metrics and actions. Visibility, share of voice, sentiment, citations and competitive rankings. FactCheck extracts the factual claims AI makes about a brand and checks them against the brand’s knowledge base. Its agents connect to CMS and workflow tools, and each agent run uses credits. Agent Analytics uses server and CDN logs, and Profound says it can submit new content to AI crawlers for faster discovery.
Enterprise controls and security. The Enterprise page documents SSO through SAML or OIDC and role-based permissions, and the homepage mentions SCIM. API access and exports are on Enterprise. Profound describes its SOC 2 Type II status as “compliant” on some pages and “certification” on others.
Pricing. A free seven-day trial is available. Enterprise pricing is custom.
What reviewers say. Profound on G2: 4.5 out of 5 from 1,130 reviews (checked September 28, 2026). The listing covers Profound’s AEO product. In the reviews we examined, positive themes include measurable AI visibility and the dashboard; criticisms include pricing and the learning curve.
Potential fit. Enterprise marketing teams evaluating visibility data connected to agents that create and publish content.
Confirm in a demo. The engine list by plan, credit consumption, MCP plan eligibility and the current SOC 2 report.
What it is. Scrunch combines AI visibility monitoring with an Agent Experience Platform (AXP), which Scrunch says serves AI-optimized versions of your site to AI agents. Sitecore announced its acquisition of Scrunch in June 2026.
Engines and prompt data. Scrunch’s platform FAQ lists eight platforms, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, AI Overviews, Meta AI and Copilot. Its pricing FAQ lists four engines on Core and nine, including Grok, on Enterprise. Its AI search volume estimates are at the topic level, and it describes them as directional.
Metrics and actions. Scrunch’s metrics guide covers brand presence, citation share of voice, average position, sentiment and an Influence Score. A Fact Check Agent compares what AI agents say about a company with approved company knowledge. Its plans include page audits, and Scrunch says it monitors AI bot visits and connects to GA4 for AI referrals.
Enterprise controls and security. SAML or OIDC SSO is available on Enterprise, with Google sign-in on lower tiers, and Scrunch supports per-brand permissions. The pricing page lists the API on Enterprise, and Scrunch’s developer docs say MCP works on any plan. Scrunch says it has “successfully completed a SOC 2 Type II audit.”
Pricing. The pricing page lists Starter at $250 per month on annual billing or $300 monthly, and Growth at $417 or $500. Scrunch’s pricing FAQ describes a Core plan at $250 per month. Enterprise is custom (checked September 28, 2026).
What reviewers say. Scrunch AI on G2: 4.6 out of 5 from 73 reviews (checked September 28, 2026; G2 lists Sitecore as the vendor). The listing covers Scrunch’s AI visibility product. Recurring positive themes include ease of use and expanding insights; recurring criticisms include data limitations and pricing.
Potential fit. Teams, including Sitecore customers, evaluating changes served to AI agents on their website alongside monitoring.
Confirm in a demo. Current plans and prices, engines by plan, API access, and the roadmap after the acquisition.
What it is. ArcAI is seoClarity’s AI search platform.
Engines and prompt data. ArcAI supports 10 AI search engines, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, AI Overviews, Copilot, Grok, DeepSeek, Doubao, and Claude. All are available across its plans. ArcAI prompt research is grounded in real search demand and maps prompts to buyer-journey stages, from awareness through retention. Prompts can be tracked daily, weekly or monthly, with weekly as the default.
Metrics and actions. ArcAI reports mention share of voice and citation share of voice against the competitors you map to your brand, and you can filter both by AI engine. It tracks how AI answers describe your brand through sentiment analysis. ArcAI Accuracy builds a source-of-truth index from the sections of your site that contain factual claims and flags AI answers that conflict with it. Prioritized recommendations can be assigned through built-in task management or Jira. Reporting compares conversions from AI-referred traffic with organic search.
AI bots and page submission. AI Bot activity tracking uses log files to show which URLs AI crawlers visit and miss. ArcAI Indexer detects new pages on a verified domain and submits them to AI engines, often the same day; submission doesn’t guarantee they’ll crawl a page.
Enterprise controls and security. Each business unit can report against its own competitor set. seoClarity supports SSO and lets administrators set user access levels. ArcAI’s API and MCP server are available in all paid subscriptions. seoClarity states that it is SOC 2 compliant. Enterprise buyers should request the applicable current documentation during security review, as they should with every vendor in this comparison.
Pricing. Pricing is custom. Usage is measured in Question Queries: one prompt tracked on one AI engine in one location.
What reviewers say. seoClarity on G2: 4.5 out of 5 from 216 reviews (checked September 28, 2026). The listing covers the broader seoClarity platform; we couldn’t find a separate G2 listing for ArcAI. Recurring positive themes include keyword research, ease of use and data accuracy; recurring criticisms include the learning curve and limited features. We couldn’t confirm a meaningful sample of ArcAI-specific public reviews, and reviews of the broader seoClarity platform shouldn’t be treated as evidence of ArcAI-specific customer experience.
Potential fit. Enterprises or mid-market evaluating demand-grounded prompt research, business-unit competitor sets, and brand-accuracy checks built from their own site content.
Confirm in a demo. How many prompts your topics, engines and markets require, and whether ArcAI Accuracy is part of your proposed configuration.
Headline prices are hard to compare because vendors bill for different units.
The common thread is multiplication. Your real usage is roughly prompts × engines × markets × refresh frequency.
Editorial illustration (not a vendor quote): 200 prompts tracked on 4 engines in 5 markets is 4,000 prompt-engine-market combinations. Refreshed weekly, that’s about 17,300 AI answers a month (4,000 × 52 weeks ÷ 12 months). Refreshed daily, it’s about 121,700 (4,000 × 365 days ÷ 12 months). Engine gating and refresh frequency can move an enterprise quote as much as the prompt count.
Tracking volume can increase quickly as prompts, engines, markets and refresh frequency multiply.
During this review, we found conflicting details on the sites of most platforms, including our own. These conflicts don’t necessarily signal product problems. Pages fall out of date as features change, but they are the details to confirm in writing.
| PLATFORM | WHAT DIFFERS ACROSS ITS OWN PAGES | WHAT TO ASK |
|---|---|---|
| Ahrefs Brand Radar | Prompt index size (405M in the help center, 448M+ on the product page); share-of-voice definition; Grok status | The current engine list and metric definitions |
| Botify | Engine list (five on the product page, three in the FAQ) | Engines tracked today |
| BrightEdge | Engines named in launch materials vs. the AI Catalyst page | Engines tracked today, including AI Mode |
| Conductor | Nine engines in docs, fewer on marketing pages | Engines by plan and location |
| Peec AI | Models included per plan; MCP eligibility | A plan-specific feature list |
| Profound | Engine list; SOC 2 described as “compliant” and as “certification” | Engines by plan and the SOC 2 report |
| Scrunch | Plan names and prices; engines by plan | Current plans, engines by plan, and API access |
| seoClarity ArcAI | Tracking frequency (a public product page mentions weekly checks; seoClarity documents daily, weekly or monthly) | Frequency options for your plan |

What is an AI visibility platform?
It’s software that tracks whether and how your brand appears in AI-generated answers from engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Mode. Most platforms measure mentions, citations and sentiment, and many add recommendations and traffic reporting.
How is AI visibility measured?
Usually by running a set of prompts on selected engines and markets, then counting how often your brand is mentioned or cited compared with competitors. Share of voice expresses that as a percentage of all brand mentions or citations, although vendors define it differently.
Do AI visibility platforms replace SEO platforms?
Generally not. AI engines still draw on web content, so traditional SEO remains relevant. Some AI visibility platforms are standalone, while others are modules inside SEO suites.
How often should prompts be tracked?
It depends on budget and how quickly answers change in your category. Weekly tracking may be enough for trend reporting. Daily tracking can help during launches or reputation issues, but on many platforms it raises usage costs. Here is guidance on optimal prompt tracking from seoClarity.
No single platform suits every enterprise. Start by deciding what you need most: coverage, action, reporting by business unit or cost control. Then shortlist two to four platforms from the guidance above. Run each through the demo questions, and pilot on your own priority prompts before you commit. Get engine lists, billing units and security documents in writing.
If ArcAI is on your shortlist, see it in action with a demo built around your own brands, markets and prompts.
