1) To begin, go to File and select Make a Copy to save a copy of this document for you and your team.
2) Begin at the top and read the "How to Audit" sections. If it meets the best practice then update status to Pass. If there is a major miss on the best practice then mark Fail and update with Recommendation cell.
3) Major issues are anything blocking Google's access to content like blocking the Googlebot crawler, important missing tags like <title>, or the site is completely not mobile friendly.
4) Med-Low are areas to improve, like targeting better keywords in the meta tags, improving the content, or adding more schema.
5) Craft the approach in the Recommendation section, and set by priority.
